That Place is an emotional wellbeing service for 14-18 year olds based within the East Staffordshire Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
Our team is here to promote well-being and positive mental health by offering one-to-one support on issues or problems you may be experiencing.
The service is provided by skilled, knowledgeable staff that come from a range of experiences, to promote and improve emotional wellbeing.
To provide a unique, welcoming, flexible and effective service to young people.
How That Place can help
Our team of youth workers can help you with issues around low mood, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, stress management and bullying.
We can’t promise we can fix all your problems, but we are here to help you learn how to manage them in a way that best suits you.
Your first appointment
Your first appointment will be with one of our youth workers who will ask you questions about why you feel you need support and what you enjoy doing in your spare time.
The aim of the first appointment is to figure out if our service is right for you and the best way for us to do that is to get to know you.
Once we’ve done that we’ll be able to offer 6-8 sessions based around your needs.
